Love our grill!
We've grilled more this year than we ever have! I think because...we didn't have a grill in the UK or a yard for that matter. So we are trying to make up for it! Also....since we have no AC, we refuse to turn on the oven as it heats the whole house up so I'm always looking for meals to make on the grill, stove-top, or in my electric appliances.
Tonight I stuffed a bunch of bell peppers, tomatoes, and zucchinis and threw them on the grill. So good!

Sounds good! I love grilled eggplant or tofu (we are vegetarian) marinated in soy sauce and balsalmic vinegar w/spices. Also love grilled pineapple, mmm!
